Support Standards

The CEO’s Of Encompass Person Centered base training standards and topics, with their own family members' support in mind, as both have family who are enrolled in  the Encompass Person Centered Program. Both CEOs are hands on with supports and training and supports for staff. It is highly important to them that program is transparent and accountable about all supports provided within the participants individuals rights.

As our name suggests, person centered values are the principals that guide our supports and training. The person centered approach treats each person respectfully as an individual human being, and not just as a condition to be treated or managed. It involves seeking out and understanding what is important to the person, their families and support people, fostering trust and establishing mutual respect.
